2. Matching
Matching the right caregiver is very important to us. We review your assessment and all information provided to us to ensure our agency fully satisfies the specific needs your loved one requires.
Creating unique schedules and timelines of care with our caregivers, we guarantee service is provided when and where you need it most. All of our companions are screened, drug-tested, and trained in all facets of homecare.

3. Scheduling
For your convenience, our scheduling process is designed to be flexible, fast, and easy to schedule care for your loved one.
Our scheduling also allows for last minute changes and adjustments as they are needed.

Once a care plan is created, our caregivers go into action with a clear focus and guide on the type of care your loved one needs and requires, enabling them to continue living as independently as possible while ensuring their emotional and social needs are met.
And, as life happens and should needs change, Customize Care and our caregivers have proven readiness skills and a level of responsiveness to adjust to any situation that presents itself.

In-home assessments are performed by a New Jersey Board of Nursing licensed RN.
Our caregivers are NJ-certified homemaker-home health aides that work under the supervision of the RN.
